Consists of 6 transmission lines with voltages of 400 and 138 KV and a total length of 85.65 Km, 6 Substations with voltages of 400 and 138 KV, with a total capacity of 500 MVA of transformation and 14 feeders that will be located in the State of Tamaulipas. The performance of OCP includes the Construction of Civil Works, Ducts and Trenches, Roads and Parking of the Guerreño Substation.
